述职亮绩，实干笃行！我院召开2023年度团委学生会述职评议报告大会

为全面把握我院学生工作的开展情况，持续提高学院学生工作的质量，3月26日下午，我院于第三教学楼学术报告厅101召开2023年度团委学生会述职评议报告大会。院党委副书记王鹤、学工办主任陈攀、全体辅导员及部分学生代表参与此次会议，第二十一届院团委学生会主席团成员及各部门部长到场述职。

王鹤对我院上一年度学生工作取得的优异成绩给予充分肯定，并提出三点要求：策划活动要更新颖、办公用品要更节约、学生干部要更主动。他鼓励学生干部自觉提升个人能力，做到更好地履职尽责。陈攀重点分析了目前学生工作中存在的不足，强调团体意识在团队作战中的重要性，并呼吁学生干部在接下来的工作中不断创新工作方法、提升工作效率。

会上，主席团成员及各部门部长依次汇报工作情况，并吸取过往经验教训，合理地设想、规划未来的工作。汇报中，各汇报人积极分享上一年度取得的工作成果和总结的工作方法，同时就自身不足提出改进措施。其中，网络部部长张萌表示，“在“述”中明不足，在“评”中补短板。下一阶段，我们将继续加强部门成员培训，调动干部工作积极性，培育优秀、可靠的接班人！”

学生干部是学院学生中的骨干力量和中坚力量，述职评议会更是检验学生工作成效、不断反思进步的重要平台。接下来，我院将在学院党委的领导下，坚持以学生工作为中心，继续凝心聚力，共同书写新篇章和新辉煌。
